Furthermore, all the above systems are centrally controlled around the clock by the computer system located in the central supervision room. Thanks to the automation of the various transport processes which used to be a burden on nurses, the nurses are now able to dedicate themselves to their primary nursing services, producing great synergic effects. The human and computer network which spreads into every corner of the hospital constantly keeps a close and warm eye on the patients and their families. Here, we can see a new form of local medical treatment for the 21st century.

S&S Engineering’s track system　“SIMACOM VT-MC”, the large-size wagon transport system “TRANSA” and the other dedicated transport systems play an outstanding role in transporting various materials necessary for medical consultation activities such as medical records, X-ray films, medicines, samples, meals, and sterilized materials. Linked with “Systema Single Picker”, the management of outpatient medical records is fully automated from storage to search, picking, transfer, and transport.
